You can complete your purchase with us via a wire transfer or NEFT directly to our bank account. Alternatively, payment can also be made via our payment gateway which supports all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.
Payment via cheques are processed only once the amount is credited in full to our account.
The amount quoted to you is inclusive of any applicable taxes, including 12% GST or as applicable. We do not levy any additional commision above the quoted amount.
However, clients based outside India may need to pay additional charges in the form of applicable duties or taxes- these may need to be paid directly to the shipping company upon receipt of artwork, if they have paid it on your behalf to tax authorities in your country.
Limited Edition endeavours to offer high quality fine prints from the leading artists at affordable rates. Our collection is priced to keep it competitive and affordable, benefiting both- the artist and the benefactor.
Once you have selected an artwork to acquire, we generally reserve this for a maximum period of 10 business days to allow adequate time for your payment to be arranged and processed. Beyond this timeline, the work returns back to our On Sale catalogue, but you are free to enquire about its availability.
We have a rich and diverse stock of fine prints from select artists. If you would like to purchase a portfolio of their works, we can help arrange this for you. At Limited Edition, we work directly with the individual artists to bring you authentic and often rare fine prints. Our relationship with the artist is at the heart of our endeavour to put art first.
Limited Edition catalogues only the finest limited editions prints sourced directly from the individual artists, guaranteeing their authenticity and provenance. Each print is personally signed and numbered (or labelled) by the artists, establishing their edition and origin.
We are happy to organise personalised viewings for our clients at our offices in New Delhi and Vadodara, Gujarat. However, personalised viewings in other cities can be arranged in select cases. SOURCING AND AUTHENTICITY
PURCHASE AND PAYMENTS
Once we have processed your payment, you should receive a confirmation of the same. We only offer artworks in stock with us, and package and ship the same to you within 3 business days. We shall send you tracking details to monitor your shipment.
At Limited Edition, we go above and beyond to ensure your beloved print reached you without hassle, stress or damage. We offer hand delivery of the fine print in Delhi NCR and Vadodara, as well as select metropolitan cities across the country. Framed and unframed prints are packaged and shipped in other locations across India and worldwide.
We take great care for packing all consignments, and like to discuss the packaging and shipping options with the client to optimise delivery and shipping costs. Unframed works can be shipped flat in a bespoke built container box or in a rolled format in a rigid PVC container. Framed artworks are packaged using protective materials such as rubber foam, bubble wrap sheets and sent in a wooden or aluminium container that is duly sealed. Further, we work only with reliable courier services that specialise in fine art delivery.
Shipping times vary upon location and mode of delivery agreed upon with us. Hand held deliveries are usually arranged within 3 business days once your payment has been processed. We work with our reliable courier partners to ship to other locations across India and worldwide. Typical delivery times vary from 3 to 5 business days on dispatch in India, and 7 to 10 business days on dispatch worldwide.
Handheld deliveries are usually offered free of charge in Delhi NCR and Vadodara. The exact cost of shipping your Limited Edition print depends on the size, weight, location and frame type. We discuss the different shipping options and price brackets with you, to help you arrive at an optimised delivery charge and schedule.
All transactions with Limited Edition are non refundable, and binding once a purchase agreement has been signed. In the rare event that a print is damaged or lost in transit and the client has notified us within 24 hours of receipt of the shipment, we are happy to offer a full refund of the same.
We are happy to arrange for delivery at the location of your choosing, and to amend this prior to dispatch. Kindly note, that any changes in the shipping address could incur additional charges in line with the new details. Any changes to shipping address post dispatch are subject to the discretion of the courier service at the time.
