Once we have processed your payment, you should receive a confirmation of the same. We only offer artworks in stock with us, and package and ship the same to you within 3 business days. We shall send you tracking details to monitor your shipment.

At Limited Edition, we go above and beyond to ensure your beloved print reached you without hassle, stress or damage. We offer hand delivery of the fine print in Delhi NCR and Vadodara, as well as select metropolitan cities across the country. Framed and unframed prints are packaged and shipped in other locations across India and worldwide.

How do you ensure the print reaches me safely?

We take great care for packing all consignments, and like to discuss the packaging and shipping options with the client to optimise delivery and shipping costs. Unframed works can be shipped flat in a bespoke built container box or in a rolled format in a rigid PVC container. Framed artworks are packaged using protective materials such as rubber foam, bubble wrap sheets and sent in a wooden or aluminium container that is duly sealed.  Further, we work only with reliable courier services that specialise in fine art delivery.

When can I expect my shipment to arrive?

Shipping times vary upon location and mode of delivery agreed upon with us. Hand held deliveries are usually arranged within 3 business days once your payment has been processed. We work with our reliable courier partners to ship to other locations across India and worldwide. Typical delivery times vary from 3 to 5 business days on dispatch in India, and 7 to 10 business days on dispatch worldwide.

How much does shipping cost?

Handheld deliveries are usually offered free of charge in Delhi NCR and Vadodara. The exact cost of shipping your Limited Edition print depends on the size, weight, location and frame type. We discuss the different shipping options and price brackets with you, to help you arrive at an optimised delivery charge and schedule.

What is your refund policy?

All transactions with Limited Edition are non refundable, and binding once a purchase agreement has been signed. In the rare event that a print is damaged or lost in transit and the client has notified us within 24 hours of receipt of the shipment, we are happy to offer a full refund of the same.

Can I change my shipping address once the purchase agreement has been signed?

We are happy to arrange for delivery at the location of your choosing, and to amend this prior to dispatch. Kindly note, that any changes in the shipping address could incur additional charges in line with the new details. Any changes to shipping address post dispatch are subject to the discretion of the courier service at the time.
