What modes of payment can I use?

Accepted Answer

You can complete your purchase with us via a wire transfer or NEFT directly to our bank account. Alternatively, payment can also be made via our payment gateway which supports all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.
Payment via cheques are processed only once the amount is credited in full to our account.

Are there any additional charges such as a commision that I need to pay?

The amount quoted to you is inclusive of any applicable taxes, including 12% GST or as applicable. We do not levy any additional commision above the quoted amount. 
However, clients based outside India may need to pay additional charges in the form of applicable duties or taxes- these may need to be paid directly to the shipping company upon receipt of artwork, if they have paid it on your behalf to tax authorities in your country.

Can I reserve a Limited Edition print, to purchase at a later date?"

Accepted Answer

Once you have selected an artwork to acquire, we generally reserve this for a maximum period of 10 business days to allow adequate time for your payment to be arranged and processed. Beyond this timeline, the work returns back to our On Sale catalogue, but you are free to enquire about its availability.

Can I purchase multiple editions or prints from a particular artist?

We have a rich and diverse stock of fine prints from select artists. If you would like to purchase a portfolio of their works, we can help arrange this for you.
